Meet Dr Dr Peter Gseller – an M&A and Finance/Restructuring lawyer with an edge. With years of experience working for top-tier US law firms advising on private equity transactions, whether domestic or cross-border, Peter has honed his skills in providing expert advice to investors on complex leveraged buyouts, refinancing growth equity transactions, as well as general corporate matters.
Beyond his legal expertise, Peter is a multi-talented professional who has worked for one of the Big Four accounting firms conducting financial/commercial due diligences and business valuations. He also served as a member of the management team of a DACH-based multi-family office, overseeing all aspects of venture capital investments while supporting existing portfolio companies, scaling up niche industry leaders and startups, developing their business models.
Driven by his passion for making an impact, Peter now invests in tech and ESG-focused companies that make a difference. He believes that businesses can be profitable while still creating positive social and environmental change, and he’s dedicated to finding and supporting such ventures.
